The work has been pretty consistent from the beginnings in Chicago; doing studio paintings with figures.    They started being expressionistic,  and when moving to NYC,  became stark in response to the Pop / Minimal zeitgeist, culminating in a series of minimal life size figure paintings.  Then the Brooklyn Bridge paintings and the other large landscapes had their own life.    In a sense the  more expressive Greek Mythology series went full circle back to the Chicago roots.     .        `            `
